Common Questions

Yes. We require a refundable security deposit at the time of booking - typically equivalent to one day's rental value of the kit. This is fully refunded on return of equipment in original condition. Payment can be made by bank transfer or UPI.
Absolutely. Multi-day and weekly rentals are available at discounted rates. The longer the booking, the better the rate. Contact us with your project timeline and we'll put together a custom quote.
We assess damage on return and provide a repair or replacement cost estimate. Minor wear from normal use is not charged. Significant damage is deducted from the deposit, with any excess billed separately. We strongly recommend handling the gear with care and notifying us immediately if an incident occurs on-shoot.
Yes - delivery within Bangalore is available at an additional charge depending on your location and the size of the kit. Collection from our MG Road studio is free. For outstation shoots, we can arrange transport at cost - contact us to discuss logistics.
Yes. We have a roster of experienced camera operators, DOPs and focus pullers available at additional day rates. Just let us know your crew requirements when you enquire and we'll match you with the right person for your project.
