By accessing and using the 13thStation website (13thstation.com) or engaging our video production services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this site.
13thStation provides video production services including, but not limited to: corporate films, chroma studio rental, event management, teleprompter hire, camera rental, and video editing. Specific terms for each engagement are governed by a separate production agreement or work order confirmed in writing between 13thStation and the client.
Submitting an enquiry through our website does not constitute a binding contract. All quotations provided by 13thStation are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Projects are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and advance payment as specified in the quotation.
All content on this website — including text, images, videos, and design — is the property of 13thStation and is protected under Indian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without prior written consent from 13thStation.
Final video deliverables produced for clients are transferred to the client upon full payment as per the agreed contract. Raw footage and project files remain the property of 13thStation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
13thStation will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from service delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (including force majeure events). Our maximum liability for any service is limited to the amount paid by the client for that specific service.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of our website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
